The price you see is the price you pay
Every plan includes off-site backups every 6 hours, hourly snapshots, DDoS protection, mod and plugin installs, the Server Doctor and support from a person. Nothing is added at checkout, and no VAT is charged.
Founder offer: 10% off your first 12 months. On your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay, one per person; closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027. Pay monthly, or save 5% quarterly. From March 2027 you can also save 10% for six months or 15% yearly. If it isn’t right, cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase (one per customer) and we refund all of it.

Pick a game and a size
Choose a plan and monthly or quarterly billing. At checkout you choose to start now, or after your 14-day cancellation period and pay then.
Pay the price you saw
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is added at checkout, and no VAT is charged.

HQ sets up the game and shows the address your players join with. Bigger games take longer the first time while they download.

Move up or down a size from HQ and see the amount before you confirm. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel in one step.

Questions
How quickly is my server ready?
Most games are ready in a few minutes after payment. Larger games take longer the first time while they download.
Which processor does my server run on?
Every plan runs on an AMD Ryzen CPU in the UK. Each plan shows its guaranteed share of processor threads and how far it can burst when the machine is quiet.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes. HQ takes a snapshot every hour and keeps them for up to 48 hours, so you can go back to before it happened. Off-site backups run every 6 hours, with 7 daily copies kept.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes, on the games that support them. Each game page says what is supported. HQ installs them for you and takes a snapshot before every mod change, and settings appear as forms you can edit safely.
What if I want a different game later?
Ask support and a person adds it to your server as a new loadout; your old game stays as a saved loadout until you delete it. If the new game costs more, you pay the difference for the days left on your bill; if it costs less, the difference for the days left is paid back to your card, or kept as credit if you prefer.
How does the refund work?
Cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase (one per customer) and we refund all of it. After that you can cancel any time and the server stays up until the end of the period you paid for.
I’m under 18. Can I have a server?
Account holders are 18 or over. When you sign up you can send the order to a parent instead: they get an email with the server you picked and complete it, then add you to their account as a child login. Only the parent can buy anything.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We email you straight away. The server is suspended after 3 days and deleted after 17, with reminders before each step.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Open a ticket in HQ or email us, and a person will answer.
