Location and hardware
- One region: UK (London). EU and USA servers are coming, subject to availability.
- Hardware: dedicated machines in a UK data centre, with an AMD Ryzen CPU (8 cores, 16 threads).
- 128 GB DDR4 ECC memory per machine. The memory on each plan is reserved for that server and never shared or oversold.
- Every plan has a guaranteed share of processor time (1 thread per 8 GB of memory, at least a quarter of a thread) and can burst to a per-game cap when the machine is quiet. A thread is half a processor core.
- NVMe storage with a disk allowance per plan. Always-on network DDoS protection: most attacks pass without players noticing, but a very big attack can still cause lag or drop players.

Billing
- One subscription per server. Monthly, or quarterly with 5% off. Paying every 6 months (10% off) or yearly (15% off) opens in March 2027.
- Each server renews automatically until you cancel, in one step from Billing in HQ. A reminder email comes 3 days before a monthly renewal and 7 days before a longer one.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. UK billing addresses only for now.
- Founder offer: 10% off the first 12 months. On your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay, one per person; closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027. A refund does not give it back, unless we could not deliver the server while the offer is open. It does not add to creator codes; the bigger discount wins.
- Weekend boost: +4 GB £2.49 or +8 GB £3.99, Friday 16:00 to Monday 04:00 UK time, only if the machine has room.
- Pause: £1 a month keeps a server’s world, backups and address for up to 3 months (6 in any 12), offered after the 14-day cancellation period. Ending a pause never charges by surprise.
- Add-ons: extra burst +2 threads £2.99, extra disk +25 GB £1.99 or +50 GB £3.99, 5 more saved backups £1.49, 30-day off-site history £1.99, all a month.
- Failed payment: email on day 0, server suspended on day 3, reminders on days 7 and 14, server deleted on day 17. A final backup is kept for 30 days.
Refunds and cancelling
- 72-hour full refund on your first purchase (one per customer), counted from when the server is first ready.
- 14-day right to cancel any new order; if the server was started straight away, the unused days are refunded.
- After that, cancel any time; the server runs to the end of the paid period.
Backups and undo
- Hourly snapshots kept for up to 48 hours (the time machine).
- Off-site backups every 6 hours, 7 daily copies kept, plus 3 saved backups.
- Deleted files wait in the Bin for 7 days. A restore from the time machine can be undone. A Game settings save, or a Minecraft mod or plugin change, can be undone on its own with Undo this change.
- Saved setups: up to 3 per server, switched in seconds, included on every plan.
Support
- A person replies 08:00–23:00 UK time, by ticket in Exclsv HQ or by email at hello@exclsvhosts.com.
- Account holders must be 18 or over. Children use a child login on a parent’s account, which can’t buy anything: only the account holder buys.
What Exclsv doesn’t offer
- No regions other than the UK yet.
- No free trial; the 72-hour refund on a first purchase is offered instead.
- No console-hosted servers. Some games let console players join, as each game page says.
- No person on support overnight.
