Prices include everything, with nothing added at checkout. No VAT will be added to these prices. Each server renews automatically until you cancel, in one step in HQ, and we email you before each renewal. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Founder offer: 10% off your first 12 months (on your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay, one per person; closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027). 72-hour full refund on your first purchase (one per customer). A thread is half of a processor core; bursts use idle processor time on the machine, so they aren’t guaranteed.

Exclsv’s own server mods

Chat commands, a kill feed, player stats and a leaderboard, welcome messages and announcements, and checks for speed, teleport and flying cheats. HQ installs them and keeps them updated.

Mod settings in a form

Change the Exclsv mods’ settings in HQ. They take effect within 30 seconds without a restart, comments in the file stay, and a change can be undone.

Crash-safe save database

SCUM’s database survives a backup. On restore its three files go back together, with the server stopped.

On every Exclsv server

BackupsAutomatic backups every hour, kept for 48 hours, and off-site backups every 6 hours, with 7 daily copies kept.

Undo and the BinUndo this change takes back one settings save, and a roll-back can be undone too. Deleted files wait in the Bin for 7 days.

Saved setupsUp to 3 on one server, say a modded world and a vanilla one. Switch in seconds.

Crash careAfter a crash HQ starts the server again and tells you why it stopped. If it keeps crashing, HQ names the likely cause and offers to remove it.

How players join

Players join from the address HQ shows on your server page, or the share link that opens a page with these steps.

Search for your server’s name, or connect with the address and join port HQ shows.
Enter the password if you set one.

Mods and loaders

SCUM has no official mod support, so Exclsv’s own server mods run on the UE4SS mod loader. HQ installs both, keeps them updated and gives their settings a form.

HQ stops the server, writes the file, checks it and starts it again. Each save can be undone on its own with Undo this change.

Good to know before you buy

What SCUM on Exclsv can’t do, or does differently.

SCUM’s server runs on Windows only, so we run it through Wine. A big game patch can occasionally stop it starting; if an update does, Undo update brings back the previous build and your world.
SCUM has no official mod support.
PC only.

Questions about SCUM servers

When can I order a SCUM server?

We plan to open orders on launch day, Mon 8 Feb 2027, once the server has passed our tests. Nothing is on sale before then: join the Discord to hear first.

Why isn’t my server showing up?

New servers can take a while to list. HQ shows the address and the join port players connect to.

Can I change ServerSettings.ini?

Yes. Every option is a form with a plain-English line, and HQ writes the file while the server is stopped.

How much memory does SCUM need?

SCUM keeps the whole island loaded, so even 20 slots need 10 GB. Community has 12 GB for 40 slots and Public 16 GB for 64.
