Whitelists, bans and admins

The Players page in HQ is where you choose who can join, who is banned and who is an admin in game.

See who is on

Open Players, then Online. Kick or ban someone from their row. The ban list starts on 1 day, so a slip isn’t permanent.

Players, then Who can join: add players by name (or the ID the game uses) to the whitelist, on games that have one.

Players, then Bans: see every ban with its reason, and lift one.

Players, then Admins: give a player admin powers in game. This is about the game; to let someone help in HQ, add them under People instead.

A friend is whitelisted but still can’t join

Check the spelling of their name, and that they play the same game version. Some games read the list only at start, so restart the server.
